I am using an Allstar performance 28x19 dual pass radiator
http://www.allstarperformance.com/product.htm?prod=826
I welded two tabs on the bottom with a 1/2" dowel sticking down so it sits in the stock location.
then I built an upper bracket to keep it in place
It is now painted black so it blends in better...
I'll post pics of in later tonight

We are on our second mustang LSx swap! Have 2 more in line. Best bang for the buck. As for your car it looks awesome. Great colors an work. Also can you tell me the part number or length on the belt? We also are having to put manual brakes on the 99 gt cause no power steering (turbo kit) the brakes suck ***!

Makes me miss my old mustang. Had a mineral grey 02 GT with 03 cobra front bumper, 2.5" R cowl hood, 18" FR500s all the way around with all the silver Mach1 interior trim pieces and the expensive Autometer gauge cluster. That 4.6 was just too weak and too expensive to make go fast, IMO.
Makes me want to do a swap when I have the time/money, if ever!
Keep up the good work, I am following this one.

I had more time to work on the wiring
I installed an EZwiring.com harness still keeping the factory ignition, light, signals, windows and locks.
I got all but the windows and locks hooked up tonight everything seems to work correctly which is a relief!! lol
(it was nice having the lights, signals, hazard, high/low and flash working correctly)
The plan is to have the windows/locks along with most of the remaining wiring finished over the weekend
after that is to spend a little money on the fuel pump/lines and a couple of small things (electric fan, trans cooler) and it should be drivable
wooohoooo

Hey man, I am almost done this swap on my '98 GT, Where did you get the wiring diagrams for the mustang dash?
I am trying to hookup the factory speedo, factory tach, and factory coolant temp gauge.
on a side note, I install a TC78 in my stang and kept the powersteering. brought in both hoses and had them joined, cost $20.
I believe the belt length without PS was 69.5"
-Garrett

Been slowly working at it
I finished up the fuel cell, battery/kill switch in the trunk. It now has a sumped 15 gallon cell and the cutoff is through the right reverse light
![](http://i2.photobucket.com/albums/y6/knievel/Mustang/July272010Mustang025.jpg)
I am still finishing up the wiring although it is nearly complete (need to do the windows/locks, put in starter, and wire alternator)
The car now has an ezwiring harness wired into all of the factory switches
![](http://i2.photobucket.com/albums/y6/knievel/Mustang/July272010Mustang002.jpg)
I have to now work on the minor wiring, install the fuel pump, lines, carb, and get the driveshaft finished.
hopefully I can get the car fired shortly and driving it soon

I got most of the fuel system installed today
2 -8 from tank to y-block
-10 from y-block through filter/pump to a1000 carb regulator
-8 return
going to be using a fuelab pump that I hope shows up midweek.
I went overkill on the fuel but shouldn't have to change anything if I ever get crazy with an engine.
I got the starter in and alternator wired
Driveshaft is getting done this week,
still need to finish window/lock wiring, throttle cable, carb, and trans cooler
and it should be driveable
