'00 GT 6.0 swap
I picked up a car with an engine noise for cheap and am throwing together an LQ4 (also picked up cheap!)
For the swap I went with an AJE k-member/mounts, UPR a-arms and coilovers. The car is going to be a cam/carb engine for now with the possibility for a little spray. I am still gathering the last few parts and hope to have it running shortly.

Everything looks fine. the alternator was what I was worried about but clears the cobra R hood by about 3"

Engine and Turbo 400 trans are in and I have the driveshaft for it also.
I fell behind on the build so I am going turbo with it before it comes out.
To make that easier I switched it over to manual brakes and am also putting in a manual rack.

also went from 17's to 15's
15x4 and 15x10's (6.5 backspacing) that will be running 325/50/15s
It has been a slow go at it but I have been doing things whenever I get extra money to spend on it
I have most of the parts.... (just lacking driveshaft being finished, some fuel parts, and wiring)
The car now has full TeamZ rear suspension with antiroll bar, 325 MT drag radials
engine is going back in then I will start the fuel system. finish up minor odds and ends and it should be going soon.
I wanted the shifter to be in the stock location and with a little work was able to get a Pro stick in there..
Using an 1/8" plate I got the shifter in with minimal trimming, and mounted the B&M cover after powder coating it flat black with leather covered brackets to fill in the stock hole. I get full movement with the trigger just touching the bezel in park

Made a radiator bracket it seems to have worked out good.

I now have a 15 gallon cell mounted into the trunk floor and put the rear firewall in (running a seat delete)
The dash/interior are now out and I am doing a complete harness eliminating all of the extra garbage. I hope to have that done over the next week.
the car then needs the driveshaft finished, speedo/tach and fuelpump installed
Hopefully it is running shortly
