thanks guys

its pretty much out if the question to run a 1 piece DS on this car because of the wheels and air ride. I pretty much don't trust the stock style carrier at all, especially once we fit the turbo. The billet one seems to be the way to go.

AS soon as we can get it going to handle just the n/a power, and a few other things, the t70 will go on. The car runs pretty dang good like it is, keith had a regular exhaust made so we can cruise it like it is for a while, we kept the stock manifolds so we can flip them on the turbo setup.

I'll try to update when it gets worked on, but its gona be a while with christmas and all coming up.

I don't have any pics right now, but I can take some.Everything on that was easy, we picked up a tranny xmember that was already made for a 700r4. The column area was fine, the alt cleared the box too. Only area that was tight was the valvecover/coil packs to brake booster in the rear. I had to swap to earlier model truck coils to clear it, and its the little booster that sticks out a ways.

We havent really done much lately to the car still, and still havent turbo'd it. but we did dyno it yesterday. it made 287HP through stock manifolds and stock mufflers. Id say thats pretty good for what it is, and gets 27mpg.

pic..the "james dean" look with a unlit cig in my mouth haha

I have a 350 TPI in my 63 impala currently and I used the stock gas tank but tapped it and ran a return line with the stock radiator.
