As far as I know you can use the LT1 lines on the LS1 compressor. with a little bending, the line will bolt to the LS1 compressor. Everything lined up on my swap (94 LT1 to LS1) but I haven't started it yet to test for leaks and such.

I didn't have to modify anything to get it to hook up. Give that a shot first before you go cutting and buying new stuff.

You can have custom lines made pretty inexpensively. I have done it a couple times now.

Yes the LT1 line works with a slight bend to clear the compressor. Check the link in my sig for details.

I swapped an ls into my 94 V6 camaro and used the stock lines. If you have headers that are set up for a smog pump and egr than the A.I.R hookup may come close to the lines at the back of the compressor. They did on mine (hookers), I just cut the A.I.R. block off of the header and welded it shut. Then I bolted the V6 lines up and charged it up.

yeah you can use the stock lt1 lines. But on my 95- ls1 swap I bought a new ls1 evap core and installed it and used stock ls1 car a/c lines.

Default 94 LS SWAP ac connection

94 camaro swapped, low mounted LS ac Compressor-.custome hoses already made to fit. I'm not sure about vacuum lines, are there some needed for Ac also not sure where my pressure switch is. Sold lt1 harness and plug/switch no longer on liquid line or high pressure. Any diagram or steps for connecting new Ac would be great.
