Looking for 2005 truck wiring diagram
Hey everyone, I recently picked up a 6.0L from an 05 Hummer H2 and a T56 to put into my 64 Nova. I am really wanting to attempt the task of modifying my harness to make it a standalone. I have a pinout breakdown for an 05 truck which from what I have read should basically be the same but would like to find a wiring diagram also. Can anyone point me in the right direction or does anyone have one they can email me? I have searched for hours on here and google but haven't been able to find anything for an 05. It seems like everything is 04 and earlier. The computer has the green and blue terminals rather than the blue and red and it is a drive by wire setup. Would it be possible to use pedals from a GTO DBW with the truck harness? Thanks in advance.

Try..
ALLDATA.Com
I have a subscription to www.alldatadiy.com, for my 05 Hummer transplant.
It's not expensive,[$35/yr], & shows ALOT of info about the systems, in addition to the wiring.

Go to lt1swap.com. Shows you how to modify the harness and also has the 2005 wiring diagrams. This is direct from the link.."These pinouts should be similar to 2003-2007 PCMs with the BLUE & GREEN connectors. 2006+ harnesses may have fewer wires, these are not needed anyway for stand alone swap" Here is a direct link, should be whatg you need.
This one tells you what wires are needed for the standalone- http://lt1swap.com/2004vortec_pcm.htm
This one is for the c200&c100 pinouts- http://lt1swap.com/vortec_truck_pinouts/2005.htm

^^^ LT1swap.com is a GREAT source for wiring pinouts and such. TONS of good info there.
Also check the LS1 swap FAQ, there are a lot of wiring diagrams in there that show where each wire goes. Helped me a lot.
I'll see what I can dig up for you.

Here is 2006 with the 6.0
https://ls1tech.com/forums/7751990-post71.html
And 2004 5.3
https://ls1tech.com/forums/11676979-post139.html
They should be about the same in those years as they both used DBW and whatnot. Should get you in the right direction.
Good luck with the build! Building your own harness isn't terribly hard and can save you a lot of money.

Here is the Engine Controls Wiring Diagram for a 2005 Hummer H2 6.0L If you print them out and lay them out side to side from 1-5 you will get the "Full picture" hope this helps!

Thank you guys so much! Thats the info I needed. I had already found the 2006 diagram on here but the first page of it was messed up and wouldn't lay out in line with the other 4. But now that I have the 05 hummer diagram I should be good to go. Since I am running the 6 speed can I remove all the auto tranny pins from the harness too? I know I need VSS but is there anything else?

Right, anything for the auto trans can be removed. Also any emission stuff, air pump (if there is one), rear O2's, things like that. I know I removed a ton of stuff from my harness.
