We received the pans Friday and have been working diligently on prepping and assembling the pans. We look to ship half of the orders out tomorrow with the rest going out Wednesday. I’ve also attached a few pictures of a pan fitted on an engine!

Thank you again for your patience through this process!
I look forward to receiving the pan soon!

Eureka, open my email today and I have a tracking number from mast. Since I live in Arkansas and they ship out of Texas I think I will be one of the first to get a pan.

Looks like they have made every effort to get it as low profile in the front as possible. Look how the pickup fits into the relief.

Would you mind measuring the front of the pan? The drawing shows the thickness as 1.71 but that looks like its measured at the bump for the rod throws. What is the total thickness at the front of the pan including the rail?

From the picture it looks like the gasket rail is about 3/8 thick is that right? So that would make the front of the pan roughly 1 3/8. This should be a preety big advantage. If I remember correctly my Autokraft pan was 1 3/4 in the front. Makes me wish I had measured how wide the rail area was in front. But just looking at the picture I don't think it was wide enough to have a tape laid across it without hanging off. Thanks for measuring

I'm guessing that straight AN fittings won't work, the hose ends will interfere with each other. A simple fix would be to use 45 deg or 90 deg fittings and rotate them slightly...

These fittings are for an oil cooler. Since most people mount the cooler in front of the car, two 90 deg fittings will be required. Guess what, they cannot occupy the same space. If the ports were staggered it wouldn't be a problem.

I have an ARE dry sump (#1004) and it's the same mistake.

I'm in the process of making a special custom fitting to "stagger" the hoses on my ARE sump. I'll post it when I'm done.
