Default my dyno numbers, sheet and video inside *Now with 10 bolt carnage*

I'm very happy with the numbers considering it has stock 317 heads and a LS6 intake. It's basically a cam-only 6.0L setup through a T56.

I had my tune finished a few months ago since I bought a new MAF, and hadn't had it dyno'd since then. Today I got four pulls at PUR Performance in St Charles, MO. The listed pulls are not in chronological order, the last one listed was actually the first run, (the only run I did in 3rd gear). The first one listed was my second run. The second listed run was my 3rd actual run and was my highest number, and the last pull was the 3rd one listed.

Over all I'm very happy. I've got a few parts on my Christmas list, like a FAST intake/TB combo, 12 bolt or 9", and maybe next summer I'll get the AFR heads.

The A/F during the runs was spot-on, which made me VERY happy. I'm taking it to the drag strip this evening and going to try and get in a run or two before I go all out and get kicked out for no roll bar.

Here's the lowest pull, 3rd gear

And the highest pull, a 4th gear run

LQ4 but everything that is different between it and a LQ9 was changed so it wouldn't matter anyways.

It stayed between 12.5 and 13.5 the whole time. If you were lookin' at that very top line way up there, he didn't have the meter working correctly on the first run I think. I saw him adjusting something with the meter after the first run. So ya, it's spot on.

Oh and the 10 bolt broke on my very first run. So I guess it's gonna sit for a while so I can save for a better rear end.

Sorry I forgot to mention that earlier. It's an ms4. It's basically a cam only 6.0 iron block. LS6 intake, stock un-ported 317's, forged bottom end, 10.6:1 cr, longtubes, ypipe into 3" dump, underdrive crank pulley... Like I said, cam only, it's even got the stock un-ported truck throttle body.

That was a very anti-climactic end to your trip to the drags!
Hopefully you will have that rear upgrade in place soon.

Ya I think it's gonna have to be sometime early spring before it gets a real fix. I may be able to fix the stock rear for the time being, but that will be temporary.

Is the 8.8 what came in Mustangs from like '94-'04? How strong are they from the factory, and do they need to be widened/shortened to make fit in our cars? And what did you do for the suspension, did the torque arm have to move, and the springs/shocks?

You can PM me if it's easier lol

a guy on here made mine. i dont know what mine came out of. its the same length as the stock rearend. he can also make it a 4th gen width. direct bolt in. he even called moser and set up my axle specs. all i had to do was call and pay. if your on a budget like me i went to a junk yard and got a rearend out of an explorer, which was a 31 spline axle limited slip 8.8 with 3.55's. i screwed up one of the teeth on a gear so just went ahead and bought another set of 3.55's.

So what about mounting for the torque arm and suspension parts? I was thinking about ordering an all new 12 bolt through strange or moser.

lol, talk about delayed gratification. Always thought your car was clean nick, but its really coming along. Those 8.8s sound like the best deal around so far.
