Surprise!
I decided I wanted to put the H/C/I LS1 in while i had time/ space.
took all of 90 minutes to get here, just need my cherry picker back... loaned it to a friend doing a turbo 5.3 lsx swap.

Sorry I've been MIA lately. Been pretty consumed with moving for my new job.
Here's a quick vid of the new setup.
This was a 20 punch to about 135. Closed roads of course.

Well I have some news. Not sure if its good or bad.
I took apart my cv axles to replace the boots and found this:
Both ends....
This was the passenger side. 275 street tires, on the street.....
This is a custom axle from a z-car vendor. Its 1.3" in diameter, so just a shade bigger than a ford 9" 28 spline.
ALSO, the driver's side axle (stock Z31T) was completely fine. Splines had NO issues on either end......
On the next "unbreakable" solution i guess. It raises some concern as this was ONLY street tires, on the street.
