I've got truck manifolds (full set) and and the flanges needed to fab a kit off of them cut out of 1/2in cold rolled steel and two t4 flanges. Let me know if you'd be interested in buying em - I'll take $100 for all of it....

Flanges are nice and thick, cut on water jet.

You could always run twins!! You will love the power and the fit and feel of the LS in the foxbody. Keep us updated as you go.

Any pics of the car?

As for pics i'm gonna try and have them up later tomorrow

Well have alot more progress the last couple days. Have all the hot side done with the exc of some finishing welds. intercooler is all mounted and driver side pipe is all ran. Tapped the oil feed for the turbo and currently working on the return line. I have all the pics of the progress but can't transfer them until i get the parts to get them on my new computer.

My goal is to have it close to ready in 2 weeks. Hope to have pics up soon as possible.

I know everyone is wanting pics but have no way of uploading them YET.

Progress Update:
trans cooler, intercooler and radiator are now mounted and front bumper is installed. all the lines are ran for the trans cooler and all the cold side piping is done. Well I guess I'm waiting on the BOV still but thats no big deal. All the hot side is welded, wrapped and painted. Turbo is mounted and oil feed and return are all tightened up.
Powersteering lines are rerouted and done. I'm not running any kind of steering cooler as of now unless i run into problems. Wastegate is mounted and waiting on vacuum lines. I just ordered Speed Incs alternator recolcation bracket to save time and hassle of doing my own.
Wish I had pics to show the progress but it looks like yourr gonna get them all at once.

Things left to do:
Make/route upper and lower coolant hoses and bypass hose.
Weld on Bov and run vacuum lines for everything" BOV, Wastegate, boost gauge.
Install alternator and bracket and wire in wire.
Clean up/tie up wiring and vacuum.
Couple odds and ends like remounting computer and cleaning it all up.

Pretty close to being ready to run minus the fuel system which will come in a couple weeks after the pocket book cools off. lol

As of right now its a 4L60E trans with a 3500 stall.

Motor wise its a ls6 so its got the ls6 intake, 243 heads, ls6 cam, also has apr hardware everywhere, Head studs, cometic head gasket, arp rod bolts. Pretty close to stock otherwise.

Well its alive! Started it for the first time tonight and let it run for a couple min. Alot more involved than I thought doing it for my first time. I'm sure there are gonna be plenty of bugs to be worked out still.
My idea was keeping it on a budget and things just kept adding up and up.
I'm still waiting on my machinehead alternator bracket and alternator. Here is a price list on the parts I have invested so far.

Turbo 600.00 "mpt70 with .96 a/r"
Intercooler 214.00 "ebay 4". "
Oil return and supply line 105.00 "-10 return and -3 feed"
alternator Bracket 199.99 "Machine head from speed inc"
t4 flange 25.00 "modular turbo"
radiator 265.00 "be cool passenger inlet and outlet"
cooling fan 95.00
radiator hose 18.00 " Gates flex hose"
BOV 100.00 "RPS from Modular turbo"
wastegate 320.00 "percision 46mm"
misc hotside pipe 145.00 "summit racing"
Injectors 350.00 "Deka 60lb"
2 elbows 50.00 "ebay"
vacuum hose 5.00
Tranny cooler 58.00 " Hayden 3/8"
wideband 180.00 "innovative lc-1"
gauges and pod 135.00 "Ebay Glow shift/ Boost/ oil pressure/ fuel pressure"
truck manifolds & flange 45.00 "Local salvage yard"
plugs 20.00
misc, zip ties, fittings,
coolant, oil, filters, 100.00
Tune 500.00

I'm sure i'm not listing it all but this is pretty close to what I have invested now. I have all the pics just need to get them posted up still.

Here is the merge pipe all put together. If i could re do the pipe I would have made it merge a little lower and left a little more space for the bolts.

Mounting the intercooler and taking the front bumper off.

For the exhaust I'm dumping it right under the hood. Not to loud at idle.

Its a 3" down pipe. As you can see not much to it. Honestly its not that loud at all. Also take my advise on the merge pipe, merge it lower and set the wastegate lower. With all the room I had I could have made it fit a little better.

Thank you sir, will do. So it's really OK to just leave the turbo/down pipe hanging from just the manifolds? I think i'm going to take your advice there also and just hang it all on them, I was just worried about with heat and all it sagging over time, esp. with the downpipe weight and all. I'll be using 16 guage mild steel, 2 1/2in pipe.

I think i'm also going to use a track mani on the passenger side and scrap my flipped fbody mani. I originally was going to flip an fbod mani on that side so i could run my downpipe between the motor and K and out the back, but if it's not too loud like you have it then i'm perfectly fine with that also, as using the manifolds placed like you have them makes for less headache elsewhere.

Very nice build man, I really appreciate you help so far as i'm smack in the middle of starting fab on mine and was in need of exactly the advice you're giving.

Did you buy that car from a classified ad on corral? It looks familiar & was a hell of a deal if I remember correctly. Nice work btw, that thing is gonna run like a scared dog.
