Is this just a vent for the power steering pump i have circled? If so where do i need to route it or hook to it?
Thanks in advance......

Looks like the return from the rack... aka the low pressures side.

You have 2 low pressure returns on that pump. One from steering, the other from the hydroboost.

Easiest and safest to get a non hydroboost pump.

I just blocked mine off on my LY6. It was for the hydroboost, which I did not use. But I would not seal it up if there is a chance for a hydroboost in your future.
