Hey brother, you don't owe me a thing. I would gladly pay you for your services because I've seen first hand the quality of work you do! Luckily though, the Camaro is staying a small tire car so probably 9-inch narrowing in my future. I would love to build a 9 inch for the TA but that's way too complicated with the torque arm set up so I'll have to bite the bullet one day and buy a fab'd F-body 9 inch housing from someone like Midwest Chassis.

A big thanks to my friend game-over. I bought a few items from him including some sweet Wilwood calipers. I like the fact they are a direct replacement for the OEM. Probably not much of a performance gain other than weight but man they sure are pretty! Thanks Mr. Harmis

I tried all three sets of wheels and each set cleared perfectly. The first set of course was the RPM R505's 18x8 20ET, second set 15x7 rallye wheel with 3.5" BS, and finally the Weld Pro Stars 15x3 or 4. So the Wilwood D52 calipers are for sure a direct replacement for the OEM.

Tony, let me know how you like those Wildwood D52 calipers. I was considering trying a pair.

What, no side profile pics of the car? Also, the Wilwoods are likely more rigid than OE. There's a little benefit to be had there, too.

I am running manual brakes and I swapped out the rear disc brake setup and the front calipers at the same time so I really have no true way of a comparison. I do know Wilwood emailed me back and stated the D52's weigh 5.5lbs. I felt of a factory cast iron caliper and an aluminum D52 at the same time and boy it felt like quite a big difference. The D52's do have dual pistons whether or not that's a bonus I am unsure. I feel the best decision I made was to swap out the Seville rear discs for the S10's. A much better pedal feel! I didn't actually drive the car till after the Wilwoods went on. So sorry I am useless!

It's all good here. I have had several projects get in between me and my car though. I have a slight vibration right now in the Camaro on deceleration. I feel its in the jacked-up I made into a hybrid. I have an actual store bought solid hybrid joint I will try next. If that doesn't solve the problem, I have a 1350 yoke for the 9" that will replace the 1330 and a new driveshaft will be ordered. If that doesn't remedy the issue the chunk is coming out and new pinion bearings and a new gear set will be installed. If that doesn't fix it I am going to find some dynamite and blow this mother to the moon.

How are you and the silver bullet doing? Stroker built yet? Did you ever complete the supercharger install?

A couple things you might try. Reduce the pinion angle a little. And check your pinion yoke and driveshaft for runout.

Thanks. I normally set the pinion down 5* due to spring wrap. Since I was adding the Cal-Tracs I talked to their tech department and they suggested a minus 3* since the bars would limit the wrap-up. So -3* it was. I must agree with you on the pinion yoke. I think the driveshaft is ok but unsure about the 1330 pinion yoke. It is either in the yoke or my hybrid joint. I have not had a lot of desire to crawl under it lately but the joint will be first on the list and then it will be a new driveshaft/1350 yoke. If that fails to remedy the issue, new bearings and gears. What brand of gears do you run in the Skylark? From what I gather, about all gear sets are machined overseas now. Even ol'faithful Richmond, damn the luck!

I am with ya there. I need a break every now and again to make it fun. This car becomes a job after awhile. After a few more projects I will be Camaro dedicated once again. I had to have a Camaro cleansing so to speak.
