No real updates because life has conspired to keep me from the track.
Basically, I've corrected all of my tech issues and put on new front struts to replace my blown out old ones. The next race is in early September and I will be there racing. I plan to make most of the race days through December, so I will be updating more regularly.
I'm dying to make a pass again.

I finally made it back to the track this weekend for some test and tune. I made 2 complete 1/8 mile passes and two additional passes that I had to abort.
The new front struts seemed to have fixed the pulling issue because the car wasn't darting after the launch.
I was plagued by carb tuning issues all night. I think there is some sort of jetting or venting issue because the car died 3 separate times on the return road as I slowed to a stop.
Pass 1:
1.39
6.17 @ 110mph
Broke up and laid down once I shifted to second gear due to fuel/ign issues, but it was my first 'full' pass.
Pass 2:
1.36
6.19 @ 105mph
I got out of it just after shifting to 2nd gear because the car started moving around. It was a decent shift and the top end felt much stronger than the first run.
Pass 3:
1.34 60ft (Left on the 2-step at 3800)
Aborted before the 330' when the car got really loose.
Overall it was a really fun track outing, but I've got some things to work on. I need to work on getting a license and figure out the carb issues.
**I'll post videos from inside and outside of the car once I have a chance to upload them**

I'm still waiting to meet up with the people who had the cameras. I have 3 in car videos (the first 3 runs) and 1 or 2 videos of the car from the stands that I need to get an upload. I should have them up this weekend.
Trust me, I'm probably more excited to see them than anyone!

These videos taught me something important that I hadn't realized...that I let off too early even on my full pass.
PASS ONE - 6.17 @ 110mph 1.39 60ft (Carb/Ignition Problems)

PASS TWO - 6.19 @ 105 1.36 60ft (On the brakes) **NSFW language**

More videos to come as I have time to upload them.

I spoke with Prosystems today and they want me to switch powervalves after measuring the idle vacuum. They also suggest I change to a vacuum referenced regulator because they set the carb up for 7.5psi idle and 11-12psi (rich) in high gear/flowing.
I'm going to pick up a resistor and wire up my alternator exciter wire so that I can ensure proper voltage down track. While I'm running a full size battery, I'd like the insurance of having full voltage to my pump and ignition system.
Other than those projects, I need a new belt and tensioner. Hope to hit the track this weekend.

No good updates from me. I had a pretty rough day at the track and all of my adjustments either compounded the issues or created new ones.
I made two attempted passes and ended up shutting down and coasting after the first 60-80ft. The car was backfiring/breaking up like crazy and the car died mid track after I let off on both passes.
I'll be on the phone with Prosystems on Monday and to figure out the problem(s). Increased fuel pressure and an alternator were not helpful, or were unrelated.
