Kooks 1 3/4 long tubes into custom made 3 inch true duals which I did myself with a hacksaw and a harbor freight welder but suprisingly it turned out pretty good. I ran the two pipes into a magnaflow tru-x muffler that is too long and Ill be swapping it out very soon.

Once I have the money i will get a mandrel bent system run over the axle. It was a budget build and the $150 exhaust system sounded better then $1000 for a custom setup for the time being.

Kooks fit like crap. I will never buy kooks again after this swap. I wound up having to buy a 225 dollar steering shaft to make them fit and kooks customer service was horrible. Basically said oh well, we'll discount your next purchase to make up for it and let you pay invoice price. I would suggest dynatech or custom.

Thanks man, its a cool build. I havent really driven it much i have a few kinks to work out(think the rear wheel is bent) and I need to hook up the power steering. Manual steering sucks!

Oh that sucks about the Kooks, I just paid $650 for a set for my fox because NOBODY had any Dynatechs available. I did put in a Flaming river rack and stering stem,.,.I hope that make things go smoother. Your car is baddass. is your a stock rack and pinion or is it a manual rack? I had heard the manual setup wasnt that bad, i hope i mad the right choice.
