There is another thread where i posted a picture. Its pushed back about 3 inches from the stock location. I managed to trim the center console a bit to get it to fit and ill just have to fiberglass one spot. Should feel great shifting that way though the stock 5.0 location is too far forward for my taste.

Nope not one of the lines leaked and I was gonna swear the otulet on the filter was with the play it had in it haha. Thanks for all of your help man.

how did you go about installing the fuel lines and pump, is that pump made for the mustang or ls1?

Its a walboro 255 in the stock mustang bucket assembly. I ran lines to a corvette fuel filter, then ran -6an braided line to the fuel rail.

Are you leaving it open headers, if not lets here it with some exhaust. Nice car, I wonder why your painting it, **** if mine was that clean I would be exstatic

Just getting one made by a local shop, should be good to whatever I throw at it.

Hell no, I was out of town this weekend so tuesday Ill be welding up a magnaflow resonated xpipe and running pipes to the axles. Should mellow it down a lot. Ill be sur eto post pics.

ANd I just HATE the color with a passion. It has a few dings here and there but overall its not in horrible shape.

Can you send me a link to the crossmember? I have the AJE k member with ls1 mounts but can't find the t56 crossmember. I'm building a cam only LS1 85 notch converted to an 87.

Sent you a PM but just in case anyone comes across this thread, AJE makes a trans crossmember for the th400 that also works with the T56. So if you do a T56 just get the TH400 crossmember.

Well I finally got the car out of the garage, still have to finish welding and lining up the exhaust because its just tadck welded for now but here is an idle video. Car is tagged but I need to finish the exhaust and then ill be driving it to the tuner. Car has a base tune in it now.

do NOT paint that car.. Calypso is a rare color. looks ******' BALLER with the right set of wheels.

Yea the only thingg keeping me from painting the car right now is money. The car was an original 4 cylinder car anyways. Its getting either a platinum silver or dark shadow grey. I HATE gaylypso green, i just got a steal on it.

very cool build. my wife come's from a ford family and still races hobby stock in a 2 door 87 grand marquis. i have all intentions of building her a mustang dd with an lsx powerplant without telling her its chevy powered. great looking car man!
