Ritch did a 04 GTO wiring harness conversion for my 96 240sx. I had no trouble reaching him by phone before I bought my harness. After he got my money he has been unreachable.I am having trouble with the harness and can't get him to answer the phone or call me back.I have been trying for about three weeks to contact Ritch . I hate to bash someone in a forum but what else can I do. Ritch was great before he got paid now he is no where to be found. I would not recommend anyone to do busness with Daft Innovations customer service after the sale is the worst I have ever seen.Im not looking for special attention just whats right.If Ritch mans up and helps me out with the product I purched for him I will let everyone know.

does any one know if the nuetral switch needs to be hooked up on a 2004 gto.car only has 2 and 3 no 1 or od.codes p0753 758 785 and tcc lock up code.i know they are all trans codes.rich did the harness.i dont know if it has a fuse for trans power.

after checing the wiring diagrams no it doesnt need to be hooked up. Hopefully we can get to the bottom of it with the wiring checks i sent you.

Thanks to mark I got it all figured out.and still never heard anything from rich at daft innovations.all he had to do was have a little customer service but there is none.thanks again mark

**** like that just burns my ***. People take advantage of internet sales because they realize the distance they are from the customers prevents the situation from escalating into a physical confrontation. Could you imagine what that'll be like when you look up and theres a mad man standing at your place of business or residence, gun in hand and ready to snap about being screwed over. People need to stop playing or be ready to take it all the way when that karma comes back around the corner.
To the op, i'm glad someone here was able to straighten out that jerks garbage, send him a 12 pack or something!

You should send Ritch @ Daft a bill for Mark's services to straighten out his screw up. Then report him to the credit collectors after he doesn't pay.

still have not tcc lock up.shifts gears fine just never locks up.rich has brown wire as the tcc lockup.maybe has the wrong brown wire labeled.does anyone know if it is in green connector brown wire #2

I've dealt with Rich at Daft Innovations and I'll just keep the comments to myself lol
But yeah, he never returns any calls. You guys are talking about Rich who is located in Modesto, Ca right? He has a Toyota Cresida with a 6.0 swap if it matters.

I needed a complete ls1 or lq4 motor and said he should have one and will call me back......till this date no answer from him.
