This is awesome. I would really like to do this to my Bullitt, I love the look of my car, but hate the 3v/modular platform. Glad to see someone else has done this.

Can not believe I found this wrote up!! I'm currently putting an ls in my 06 gt and I thought I was the first one! I couldn't find any info on anything so my build had been "slow" if you will. Lol but good stuff man this helps out so much for my build!

Are you using the Ford computer or GM. Love the swap man. Pulling my 3v and doing built lq4. Just trying to get ducks in a row.

Since the engine is actually a stock L92, with LS3 intake...I'm using the L92 water pump and throttle body. They barely fit with the LS3 intake, but they do all fit!

Here is the stock Mustang trans crossmember. I couldn't use it, but it lines up nearly perfect. My header guy fabbed up the tubular trans mount in the second pic.


I don't have any pictures of the headers out of the car, but they are 1 7/8" 304 stainless.



Here's the iPad mounted in place of the radio. The ECM and fuse box are behind the iPad, mounted to the IP carrier.

Here's the motor installed and ready to run:

I'm late but I heard the GT%)) headers are 1 7/8 Will these fit the swap? Anyone? I feel you blinking out there.
