So no real updates from me really, car is just awaiting some parts to arrive so I can wrap up my brake lines.. At the moment all the front stuff is complete need to run the rear stuff now. After that is complete I can finally take it to the alignment.

For now tho here are some pics:

Okay guys finally some update. I finally was able to finish my brake lines, with family life, work it was hard to get to the car. I just ordered parts every week until I had everything to smash it out in pretty much one day.

Before we get started I decided to showcase this Cognac instead of beer. (since I have not had a decent beer in month). Anyways, my mother In-law picked up this Hennessy Pure-White when she went on a cruise. They don't sale these state side so it was a treat. This is probably the smoothest Hennessy I have ever tried..

Okay, so I got a little OCD with the brake lines. I made bulk head fittings for the firewall and the rear wheel wells. This way if I need to do anything it well be quick and easy and over all its just a cleaner look.

Going to be running -3an lines and fittings..

Okay lets getting started, have to have my guilty pleasure

added a little 90 degree bend right here so it would not hit my filter on my heads.

Added to bulkhead fittings here. One goes to the rear and the other goes to the passenger side.

And out the other side, did not want a lot of clutter in the bay..

Ran two Banjo fittings for the fronts..

To do the rears I had to make a tube straighter for the hard lines that go to the rear. Did not want to buy a $200 tool so made my own.. Came out good..

And the other side of the wheel well

Name: IMG_0677_zps7cn0nnic.jpg
Views: 551

And rears done..

Now just have to bleed them and get ready to head to a alignment shop.. But before I go I will swap out my Clutch Master Cylinder for the Wilwood 7/8" master cylinder that Sikky sales. Reason for this is the OEM Cylinder can't handle the T56 clutch..

Tell next time guys..

First off no update yet really... I ditched the overfenders I have for the front and rear and have some new ones being made fresh out of mold. Reason for this decision was due to available for replacement parts. Old overs were from NZ and would be hard to get spares so hooked up with a guy in the states.. So should have those soon.

Pics of the overs:

Agreed, i didn't care for the other over fenders at all. Everything else on this project is so nice and the attention to detail is awesome. Can't wait to see this car in action

Here is a little tease of the fronts... Still have to get a alignment and get my fronts sitting at -4.5 camber.. Then I will add a spacer to finish her off... This just give you a idea.. Current front specs are 18x9.5 -22

If you look at my signature it clearly states how I feel about spacers.. Well since I built these wheels to go with my other fenders I will definitely have to get some spacers for these fenders, which I hate. I will eventually rebuild them so I wont have to run spacers but I guess I better remove my sig for now... lol

You're using teflon tape on brake line parts?

Not needed. Can even cause problems (i.e. death) if pieces break off and get in the lines. Fortunately the way those particular adapters seal you won't hurt anything with the tape. It isn't accomplishing anything either.

Have I mentioned how awesome this car is? Really love the work but that one picture jumped out at me.

Thanks for the heads up.. I only used the teflon tape at the MBC, for the AN adapters.. No teflon was used for the -3AN fittings.. Again thanks for the heads up and the kind words about my build..

So did some measuring for my wheels and came to the conclusion that I will run 25mm spacers rear and 38mm Spacers front..

Also going to lower the rear some..

Also got my bolts in that I will be using for the overfenders.. Decided to get some clean burnt titanium ones..
