Ls7 intake on lq4?
Ok i have an all aluminum 5.3 and 4l60e from a 08 tahoe.i'm not sure what the correct ls series it is or what l code it is.i got a 2010 camaro intake maunifold will it work on this engine? My motor has the plate under intake with cylinder shut off solinoind
valves.also what kind of dbw pedal can i use the tahoe 1 is pretty bulky.any help will be very helpfull!!!!!

a LQ4 is a 6.0L. The 2010 Camaro intake manifold is from a LS3, not a LS7 as your thread title says. (LS7 is the 427CID from the Corvette. I don't recall the displacement in Liters. )
You don't have the correct heads (LS3 or L92) to use the Camaro intake manifold. Nor can you install them on your 5.3L. You need a minimum of 4.00" bore for the L92/LS3 heads. The valley plate is referred to as DOD(displacement on deemand) for what its worth. Someone will chime in on your TB question.

ok I done some searching today my intake is from a 2010 camaro ls3 my engine is an 08 truck 5.3 not 6.0 still needing to know if intake will work and what type of pedal i can use with a dbw throttle body also who can I get a computer from ready to go? THANKS
