I used the fitting on the side of the oil pan by the filter and ran a single line to the back of the intake then used some brass fittings and teed it to each turbo. Could not tell you HP numbers.

i have just always been told the turbos liked the numerically lower gears up top.
my 12 bolt also has 4.10's in it now and planned on doing 3.31 more then likely.

i see a lot of people doing 3.08 or even higher ( numerically lower ). and they have all said id hate the 4.10's
I actually like the 4,10s when N/A, even before tuned wasn't bad. I did change them before it was tuned, it knocked the sail out of the car. I think I'm gonna change them back before the converter gets changed. Doesn't cost me anything to swap out the gears.

It actually has 8# springs in it. I out 4# before tuning just to be safe, but the day before it was tuned I switched the 8# back in. I may buy a manual boost controller, but I'm not quite sure how it works.

Did you change the gears back? Been busy here, haven't had a chance to figure out what is up with the CD you sent... at least you are good to go for the moment!

Stock, Posi, 3.08 gears at the moment. It has disc brakes off a 89 Camaro/Firebird 9Bolt.

I put the 4.10s back in today. I know everybody says they are the wrong gears but they gotta be better than the 3.08s. We will see what happens, still on the lift at work. I like them before the urbos were on, so worse case is, I'll buy 3.55s when I save the funds.

how easy\hard was it to do the rear brake conversion? I think I have all the parts I need in the attic somewhere.

It wasn't. I used all the parts off a fbody 9 bolt rear end. The four bolt flanges are different on the housings but I took the bracket and centered it on the housing end, marked the holes and drilled them. then new nuts and bolts. I put the rotors on and then the calipers and had to space the calipers about 3/8" with washers(sounds like a hack job, but thats how Wilwood spaces theirs). I then used 2000 S-10 4x2 front hoses to get the lenth I needed to mount the bracket where the hose and hard line meet. Then I shortened the hard line and double flared it. No Problem.

As for the E-Brake cables, I used 2008 Caravan right side cable(2 of them) and connected them right to the abody factory crossover cable. The caravan has a short and long cable, I used 2 long cables and they work perfect. And they are cheap.

You have to be careful though, I found the calipers rub the inside of my Telstars when it has new brake pads on. I have 15" rims though.

My rims are 15" as well. What size did you drain an tap the oil sending side by the oil filter for the turbos?

Thanks! I'm not totally sure but I know have less than $4k in the whole project includng the HPT and having paid for a tune! I did all the fab work myself. I would love 4l80e, Idon't think 4l60e will live. I stil have a 700r4 in the garage thats blown up but has a pileof goo parts. I may talk to a builder about that trans.

Don't bother sinking money into a 4L60E or 700R4... If you want OD, 4L80E is the only way to go...

How are the gears?

Yeah I know about the 4l80... I have rebuilt my 700r4 more times than I care to count. Thats why its not in the car now. I haven't driven the car around too much, bit it feels awsome with the gears. I will know more tonight. Gonna drive it to Lowe's, Maybe do a pull on I95 if traffic allows.

4k for a whole swap turbo and tune does sound good. After I get my motor on the road for a few weeks I'm gonna look into those turbos you got. yea 4L80E for shure.
