Right on, i have rails now, i guess i just wasnt sure if you had actually found rails specific for our intakes or not. I have to make a hold down as well, was hoping you had found an easier way, lol.
Mind taking a close up of the aluminum brackets you made? Would love to see how you did that.

I know, I didn't like the idea of being "That Guy" that put a SBC in a GN. Turbo LSX is not the same as the Turbo 6, but I feel its the new way to go. Hell I'm having fun with it and thats all that matters to me. Plus its still a Turbo Regal now.

Dyno scheduled for 3/5 for a few hrs. Hoping to get it all tuned in across the power band. Finished up the water to air intercooler lines and tank/pump setup. I get some pics up once I get a chance.

Well the A2W setup is all done. Below are some pics of the tank and setup. I had an old 6gal plastic fuel cell that was just sitting around so I figured why not. First I lined it with 1" styrofoam and then wrapped it in some thermal foil insulation. The hoses are triple layer thermal 1" hose. I also had a few of the old Moroso SBC electric water pumps so I rigged on of them up.
We filled it up with ice water and turned it on. Warmed the car up and started some real time tuning with HP turners (idle, off idle, and then on the T-brake working up through the RPM's). After 15 to 20 mins of running the car the IAT never got above 60* idling, only got that high because my fan was blowing hot air on the pipe/sensor (on the T-brake spooled up it would drop fast to 41*). Looking forward to the Dyno.

I will get pics fixed.
We are going to the dyno with my buddy's PTE 74 5.3L Blazer and my GN today. We have the dyno from 3 to 5pm so I will post some numbers up soon. His is tuned so just numbers for him, we will be getting mine tuned first then see what it is going to make.

Ok (Dynojet) dyno numbers are in!!!! My car did 571 whp & 527 wtq peaking at 5800rpm. That was 12psi & 17° timing. AFR was still rich mostly 10.5. IAT was 41° the whole pull with the ice water. I wanted a very conservative tune that I can run all year long on (I would like to make this block last a yr so I can use it for my 408 L92 I'm building next year), And not worry about hurting anything while running around a 10.50s in this boat. I'm pretty sure that's what I have now. Also I ran 110 race fuel.
Jason's blazer also put down some very impressive numbers at 12 psi, it did 554hp and 569wTq with meth and 93. He had AFR in the 11.5 to 11.7 area. I was very impressed with the zo6 cammed 5.3L with a PTE 74mm.
Overall I was very happy with the dyno time. I would like to thank Cincyspeed. These guys really know their stuff and top notch service as always. Glad to see Craig again and meet Blake. These guys are really good at what they do. If you ever need help with dyno or shop stuff they are the place to go. Thanks again Craig, Blake, and everyone at Cincyspeed.

Just realized I was at 110mph @ 6000 rpm with 3.70 gear & 88" circumference tires on all my dyno pulls (high gear). That comes out to something near 19% slippage. prolly should have it tightened up a bit.

With IAT's at 41* you don't have to run it near that rich to make it live.
You have a much wider tuning window since you have the A2W and the IAT reduction it gives.
I would without a doubt lean it out to at LEAST 11.2-11.3 and drop a degree of timing across the board under boost.
I bet you pick up 50-80rwhp just leaning it out.
