Depending on the year model of the engine, you will need the 6010 or 6012. The box will come with the correct harness.

i believe it came from an 04-05 silverado. believe that would be the 6010 if im not mistaken. so that ignition will contain all of the harness components that will be needed to wire it up? thanks for any help as im going to check the engine out tomorrow

6010 is correct for those years and it comes with box, harness, datalink cable and program so you can set ign. timing
