LS1 to LS2 427 swap
I will retain the 4L60E and wiring harness/computer.
The 427 has a 24 tooth reluctor wheel rotating assembly.
I changed the cam shaft gear to a LS2 type.
Changed the timing cover to a front cam sensor and pig tail harness.
I'm using a LS3 intake so I have new pig tails and connectors for the injectors.
Lengthened the MAP, knock and cam sensor wiring harness.
Swapped the front pulley over from the LS1.
Added a LS3 valley cover that has the PCV assembly underneath and o-ring seals for the displacement on demand is blocked off.
New cable style throttle body 4 bolt style.
What else am missng?
Did ls2s have DoD?
Edit - It's the cam sensor you switch the wires on, not the map.

I need to check the block. I assumed that there would be holes to mount the two LS2 knock sensors on either side.
The tuner will modify the current computer to get it close. Then I will bring it in for a chassis dyno tune.
I will check with Howell on the cam sensor wiring. I got all of the extensions from them. They did the original harness.
Thanks for the help.
The 24X LS2 would have been an E40 controller and would require 2 wire Knock Sensors. If you were going to run the 411, you would have to switch to 1 wire LS1 Knock Sensors. The LS1 Sensors have a larger thread than the LS2 sensors, so you have to either drill and tap the stock LS2 Knock Sensor locations or find another location for the sensors on the block.
