im ditching the 317s and bought the cnc ported ls3 heads



here i am welding in some patch panels

i had to cut the new rag joint down

along with the old steering shaft

this is how the instructions say


the new gearbox

it looks tight but there is enough room

i bought the holley plates, the engine sits to close to the firewall... BRP hotrods kit, was just a pain in the *** cuz you have to drill new mounting holes and its expensive... and the dirty dingo plates are adjustable, they have 3 locations on them... dirty dingo is the ones i chose



and i also made some spacers for the frame stands outta 1/8 plate to raise the holley oil pan up a touch from the crossmember

heres the motor in with the truck alt mount. looks like it should clear


I'm doing the idler pulley relocation mod. i just need to figure out how big of a spacer I'm gonna need

i had to heat and beat the center of the x-member, there wasn't enough room for the holley pan
