Check out pages 34-36 on this for pedal re-wiring

I used a Monte Carlo pedal and that mod worked good for me.

My trials go on. Got everything installed and as stated I get the throttle position codes. My accelerator pedal is the one for the Covette including the 2011. I have the wiring right. The voltages and gounds check out. By the way I am using the factory wiring harness.
So what to do. I decided to do the AB test. I put the old E38 ECM back in and viola the codes go away and the throttle body works. The problem with that ECM is that it does no communicate with the transmission but everything else works. It is also the wrong service number for the 2011 Corvette. So it looks like my new ECM is bad. Grrrrrrr.

The newer ECM's are VERY picky. What OS's and model year vehicles are in the E38's and the T43? I can make sure they reference compatibility. Also double check your wiring at the throttle pedal and the throttle body. Sometimes GM may use the same pedal in different vehicles, but rearrange the pin assignments at the throttle body, or vice versa. Also, make sure you have the right throttle body for the ECM calibration, the silver blades rotate in opposite directions than the gold blades.

I will double check that when I get it back. I got in a new E38 ECM programmed for the 2011 Corvette. No parameters were deleted as it has the stock program for the moment. I installed it and got no throttle position codes. Got other codes as expected. So I sent it off to Texas Speed to have all the correct files downloaded into it and have what is not needed deleted. We shall see. Should have it back in the middle of next week. These issue have set me back about 2 months.

Two steps forward and one step back, lol. Its going to be sweet when you are done. I'm waiting on my wiring harness right now, so I'm trying to knock out some of the other little things (fuel sys, gauges, supercharger). I also ordered some paddle shifters from Steve at TwistMachine. He and John at Speartech are doing a little "collaboration"....

Interesting. When I sent my E38 ECM and T43 TCM back to John for programming I mentioned I had brought the wire into the cab area from the transmission for paddle shifting down the road. That is when he told me the new Corvettes have the transmission programming down so good you almost don't need the paddle shifter. So that is one of the main reasons I went with the 2011 Corvette program for my car. I may still do the paddle shifter mod down the road depending on how things turn out.

You have that right. I hope this eliminates the codes and we can get this show on the road.

Actually the transmission is from a 2010 truck/suv of some sort. I sent the T43 and E38 to Speartech to get both re-programmed to the 2011 Corvette program. So they are now matched.

It's best to reference everything by an official GM part number. Check the TB part number and make sure that it's right for that vehicle harness application. If memory serves me, at least on earlier models, trucks and cars had different throttle bodies and can have different pin assignments at the TB. Just because it connects, doesn't mean the wires are going to the right pins for that particular ECM program.

This probably isn't your highest priority at the moment, but did you get your brake switch wiring to work?
I have messed with a few different wiring configurations and never got it to work. I am assuming it is not working based on scans with HPTuners.

Mine appears to be working. I have no codes saying otherwise and everything on that end works.

Would you by any chance know the part # of the cooler line fittings that come out of the trans??
Thanks in advance
