Moroso 20141 is the pan that fits perfect and has plenty of ground clearance
otherwise... use a CTS-V pan, a Truck pan, and I believe from just the measurements... the Hummer pan should work
the Fbody pan works... if you modify it
the K-member wasnt built around it, and the fbody pan will hit in the sump portion
you can trim it like I did on mine and it will work fine.. Just have to be able to tig, or find somebody who can tig weld..

I'm not planning on doing my swap for about a year or two, so I'm looking at collecting parts/mass amounts of information int eh meantime.

Dave at Team z designed that kmember for someone locally that had a moroso pan. Nobody uses a stock 5.0 pan on the Ford engines. He assumed everyone changed pans on the LS as he didnt have a lot of exprience in the LS world. He makes some of the best damn bolt on parts for the Mustang. Hes built a lot of the Fastest Mustangs around

Clears fine, yes, but isn't going to work for me. Just hangs too low. I've got pics in my thread here:

Does Team Z have a transmission crossmember as well, specifically for the T56?

I run the Moroso 20141 pan - has the trap door in it and is reasonably priced. Make sure you guys research the oil starvation issue with the factory pans.
My buddy fabbed up the engine mounts for my 5.0 QA1 k-member, has the engine sitting at the proper depth and angle. There's a lot more 'engineering' that goes into PROPERLY making mounts. Sure you can get it down in there with a mig welder and some scrap steel but......doesn't mean it's right.
