Default Stock Mustang Guages or after market?

I am at the point where I need to make a decision to use the factory stock cluster work or buy new autometer gauges and make them fit the bezel. What is all needed to make them work with an ls1? I would only need the voltage, oil pressure and water temp I believe. Who has done this before? Does someone make a kit or have a list of what is needed to complete this?

As far as autometer goes, I see they have a kit that has all the adapters needed to make their gauges work.
Opinions? I would really like to use the factory bezel and gauges if its feasible.

Thanks fellas!!

What year mustang gauges? Also if this is a fox and it was a 4cyl car the tach is easy since ls motors work on a 4cyl pulse. Its kinda up to you though, I personally didn't like the look of the stock mustang gauges and the fact my speedo only went to 85mph and tach only to 6k (4cyl car originally) and ended up buying the florida5.0 gauge cluster with autometer gauges in it and am very happy with them, the stock ones can be made to work though.

Went from this:

I'm kicking around doing a LSx swap in my 98 at some point and I've looked into this. Most painless route is the Florida 5.0 cluster as was mentioned. They can also wire them with blinkers and a hi-beam light too so the only things you lose are the idiot lights.

This pic doesn't show the turns or hi-beam but they are available.

And in all honesty, the stock gauges all pretty inaccurate anyway.

^^^ In reference to the florida5.0 cluster having turn signals and high beams and check engine light, in mine above the top 2 green arrow lights are the turn signals, the bottom left blue light is the high beams, and the bottom right red light is the check engine light.
