looking at the trans cross member, it has 2 holes to attach the mount to it. Does this mean that if I have a 4l60e with a single bolt mount I just change over to a 4wd mount?

You'll be able to use the Prothane poly GM trans mount or the common stock rubber mount it's designed to replace (fits 50's -80's GM transmissions).
Thanks for taking the time to do this preview. People that complain about this seem to have no idea about fabbing an entire new product line from scratch WHILE handling the production and manufacturing challenges involved in making that a repeatable process with quality control. You were clear from the get-go that this was a preview, not a promise, but many folks seem unable or unwilling to keep that in mind. After running through this thread rather quickly I notice two things, 1. bad *** product for those who don't have the means to fabricate and 2. more folks should have said thank you, especially when you mentioned you're doing this on your own time. I'm lurking here because of the possibility these parts might fit the 88-98 trucks. Thanks again for your patience and taking time away from your personal life to keep fellow enthusiasts informed on this cool development. That's exactly how you build a loyal customer base. Keep up the good work.

Thanks, I appreciate your positive support. Forum conversations can be a little rough sometimes, so I've decided for all future previews I put up that I will not make any predictions as to release dates as there's just to many variables involved to consistently guess it close enough to avoid annoying everyone following the post.
Another Holley employee has finished an LS swap into his 87' C10 using the Hooker system of components and I thought you guys might find photos of the finished product valuable (especially the ground clearance). The primary difference between this truck and the red one that I've covered previously in this thread is the exhaust system tubing size, which is 2.5" on this truck and is 3" on the red truck. If you look closely at the undercar images you can see the optional tapered reducers that are used to couple the 2.5" exhaust to the 3" outlet header collectors.
On an unrelated note, the length of that thin driveshaft is frightening!
Andrew
Thanks Andrew. Yes, I'd want to opt for something larger as well if it were mine. This combination is a 5.3L/4L60 and the shaft is the stock one that resided behind the 700R4 that came out of the truck...I'm pretty sure it will survive in this case and gives an affordable option for those who don't want to/can't make the investment in a replacement shaft at the time the swap is carried out.
I'm impressed and a bit jealous. Both trucks are very clean and look like they have hardly seen the road.
Both did take quite a bit of money and effort to complete and are well cared for (garaged), but you'll be able to accomplish the same level of quality with your truck and the Hooker components as long as you remain dedicated and patient.

My Squarebody is in the opposite situation...it looks great underneath and like a total POS from the outside. Either way, I can understand the envy when you look at trucks like these.
Yes, these trucks were built well, very nice, clean and tasteful

Dyno videos? Exhaust sounds? I know if was brought up in an earlier post, just wondering if it still needs to be uploaded.
We did carry out some extensive dyno testing on the red truck, which I will share the results of next week when the owner gets back from participating in Power Tour. I can probably arrange to rig up our GoPro camera on both of these trucks and capture video/sound clips as well.
hope to have a video of mine soon, need a mount part, and a few more things to get it back together and running
Hey 82streetshow, did you purchase the 2.5" or 3" exhaust system? Also what engine, cam and transmission are you using? You may have mentioned these things before, but I can't remember at the moment.
