Default AWD Gbody project transfer case

I have a donor Gbody that I am working on Turbo LS/4L80E. I was hoping to learn if between the BW-4472 or NP-149 transfer case would be a better choice.
Dimensions?
Differences?
They both seem to be AWD 1:1.
Thanks for any input.

I'm familiar with this AWD, but he does not share anything. I think it might be a trailblazer SS drivetrain with s10 front suspension.

The front differential does not appear to be the trailblazer on the Olds due to it not being attached to the oil pan. Looks like a Typhoon/Syclone front diff.

That is either a syty diff or a fullsize 4wd/awd front differential i cant tell. The 4472 is smaller in size but still can take quite a bit of abuse. iirc they both operate the same, but use different viscous couplings to do so. You can take the front ds out of a syty with no problems, not the case on the nv149..
With the 4472 someone makes a billet 4l80e tailhousing adapter, and someone else makes the input shaft needed on the transfer case. Not sure if someone still makes that stuff for the 149 or not, i know they did at one time but i think that ended..
I happen to have a syclone bw4472 fs right now lol, but shipping wouldnt be fun..

BW4472 is a 30/70 torque split, front to rear. You can certainly get all the parts to mate it to a 4L80e but it will be damn expensive. I did a ton of research on the combo and if my memory serves me correctly, the 32 spline input shaft and the tail piece was going to total out to $600-$800. I have the links somewhere, i'll try and dig them up. I'm piling up parts to do a 2dr awd turbo LS blazer.

These were provided to me by sparkwirez06, great info that I wasn't able to find elsewhere.

Update:4L80E and 4472 Transfer case with billet adapter and Mark Williams 32 spline input shaft complete. Everything is finally coming together to build the prototype.

That sounds badass, would make for a awesome street racer. my buddy had a typhoon that wasnt super high horsepower or anything but it could 60ft just as good on a shitty street as it could at the dragstrip, where it would 1.6x. Im really curious how difficult this would be to setup.
