Default Does PCV hose orientation matter?

I flipped my intake 180 degrees so it would be much easier for me to change up the PCV hoses. In other words I want to hook up the driver side to the TB and the passenger side to manifold. I'm pretty sure this doesn't matter, but I just wanted to double check.

Thanks,

Vlad

I think the reason the PCV usually draws air from the drivers side is that windage from the crank rotating clockwise puts more oil toward the passenger side. So by switching you may end up with more oil in your PCV line going into the intake.

What if you have a Gen IV truck engine and it has the boses in the valley cover with blocked oil passages? I am not being a smart *** here. I have a LH8 engine and the valley cover has o-rings that seal the oil passages.

The LS3 valley cover also has the sealing orings to block the DOD/AFM oil passages.
