98 RS Ls2 swap

So I have a 75% complete ls2 swapped RS camaro from a donor 06 gto with 4l65e. I bought as a project. I have some questions about the wiring. I've got a 98 ls1 auto harness. My main questions are about the inside wiring. Will all my window motors and power locks still work and am I able to swap to the z28 gauges. This should get some sort of answers going.

The windows and door locks are powered off a seperate harness that feeds into your car on the driverside.

What if I decide to swap to the z28 gauges? Is it stil compatible with that bcm

The V8 and V6 harnesses are very close i would think. I would double check the wiring to make sure. You might have to repin some wires at the connectors to make the V8 engine harness integrate with the V6 interior harness.
