Default No throttle response 04 5.3 DBW

I swapped this motor into my jeep and got it running. It's throwing two codes, P0120 and P2135 and I don't have any throttle response.

I have swapped the TB, performed all of the test on the TB and harness. I performed all of the test on the TAC and TPP as well as replaced them with known good units.

VATS has been disabled and itll run until it runs out of gas and I still can't get the pedal to change the TB.

Any thoughts?

I'll try, but not 100% on how to do that.

Just emissions and vats were turned off

Did you do the harness yourself or have it done? The reason I ask is I done a 04 harness about a year ago and there was a ground wire that ran to the big black rectangle plug that Has all the pink wires in it that went to the throttle body /tac module wiring. It was doing the same thing. Fire and idle all day but no throttle movement. Started going back through the wiring and found that ground . Grounded it and had throttle response.

Harness was done by someone else. I started tracing wires tonight and found one wire (dark green) from TB to tac that has a open on it. Also tested the ground and verified it was good.

After talking with a guy that makes harnesses I've determined it's either that wire or a issue where someone wrote the wrong configuration to the PCM.

I'm planning on replacing that wire tomorrow to see if it corrects the issue

You mean the wire from the pedal to the tac or the gray plug at the tac?

Found the issue. Turned out the sensor 1 signal wire from TB to TAC
