Default Fuel level? Ls fox with everything holley

I have a 92 fox with a 6.0 turbo build with holley efi and holley digital dash. Need to see if anyone has used the digital dash to get fuel level and how? I'm using a sn95 hanger and stock fox tank. Kinda rookie at this as this is my first build and I'm learning as fast as I can but this one is getting me. I'm not totally against getting a fuel guage but you'll like to keep everything on the digital. Have heard of this (http://shop.irqengineering.com/index...&product_id=52) and would in corporate it it also unsure of wiring this, assuming it is just an in line relay idea. i'm assuming I'm keeping the connector on the tank and splicing the wires to.............. (I'm lost haha)

Here's a link to the Holley forums that may help. http://forums.holley.com/showthread....el-Level-Gauge

It seems the Dominator itself can't do it but the digital dash can, that's what I found out when researching it for my project. I'm using the Dominator ECU but only the 3.5" display so I had to hook up the factory gas gauge in my 55

Gotcha! Thanks. And I read those threads before posting this and didn't solve too many issues. Sounds like I have to buy yet another piece, the i/o harness for the dash as it has smoothing and ecu doesn't. Hoping I could buy this other piece I posted in #1 and just go straight to the ecu.. just don't know how to go about it. Unless you can get a blank connector for the dd and one wire pin it for the fuel, don't need a harness for the dash. Kinda sux!

I am not sure what you are upset about. The dash I/O harness is good because it does not use up valuable inputs and outputs on the ECU. If you have a HP ECU, that would be a godsend.

If you want to use the adapter you posted in your first post, the instructions are pretty clear:

http://irqengineering.com/datasheet/DS-IRQ-101A.pdf

Give it power, ground and connect it to the fuel sender. Then create a 0-5 volt input in the Holley software and assign it to an available, appropriate input pin. Done.

According to the description of that item it sounds like it "might" work. The I/O adapter for the digital dash is $71 and that thing is $65, for me I'd just get the Holley I/O adapter. You know it works.

And the Holley dash I/O adapter can be used for other things, like turn signal indicators and high beam indicator.

I like how you guys are thinking! Thanks for the help. Seems to be a recent update for the fuel but I like the idea of signals and things. I think I'm good here. Thanks for the help guys!

The latest updates smoothed out the fuel level and added an odometer.
