Default 4l80e dipstick tube

I have a 2003 4l80e. I need a dipstick tube. THE 4L60E DOES NOT WORK . I have a 60e tube and its not even close...the hole on the 80e is further back from bell housing than the 60e.
.what is the gm part number for tube and stick for the 4l80e
Thanks.

Maybe I did try Google....some people are saying both the 60 and 80 are the same...well I'm here to say the 60 dipstick I have won't fit my 80. I want to make sure that I'm getting a 80 dipstick and not a 60.
maybe ill ask farnen instead of google

All Star Performance 69118 is what I used. Had to heat it up and bend it a bit for my application but worked great other than that.

I used an all star also in my nova.
Had to tweak it but works good.
I did check the level with the pan off and made a new "full" mark 1/4" higher then it showed.

I've read that one for a TH400 will work. I used a Lokar flexible one for a 4L80, but I think one for a TH400 is cheaper.

That's for a turbo 400 and is not the same as a 4l80e dipstick, You'll need to measure and remark it to get the correct reading.

I had whatever dipstick Jake’s sells. Was a metal tube but could never get an accurate reading from it at all. I trashed it eventually. I took a chance an actually ordered a lokar th400 dipstick. It was the anchor tite version and not the normal skinny kind. I marked it with the pan off and didn’t have an issue at all with it.

It's the dipstick had the same protrusion from the mounting surface to the bottom of the stick as my lokar 80e dipstick that was almost 4 times as much

I think aside from the bends in the tube, ALL sticks "full" marks must be verified.

That's odd, My stock 400 turbo dipstick didn't match up with my stock 4l80e dipstick on the stick itself. Would have been off about a quart.
