I haven't had it on the dyno so I have no idea. My conservative guess would be in the 500-550hp at the wheels.
A stock ZL1 makes 580 crank hp with 376ci and 9:1 compression, Where my engine is an LY6 with 364ci and 9.6:1 compression a bigger cam E85 and better exhaust.

Beautiful truck! I always wanted an xtreme.

Is that intercooler from frozen boost? What do your IAT numbers look like, are you running E85, and where did you mount your power steering reservoir?

Sorry just saw your reply, It's an E-bay intercooler, Honestly I haven't looked at AIT's lately on a 85* day last year I saw 140-170* but my intake draws air from under the hood still, I'm sure it will drop when I get the air coming from in from of the radiator support.
My power steering reservoir is mounted between the alternator and inner fender, It the only spot I had left lol.

Man that's pretty bad *** overall. I really like how you narrowed the rear frame and did the rear tubs. I may have to use that idea on my 97 S-10 5.3 Twin Turbo build that I'm working on right now. You did a great job overall!!

Thanks, It started out to be a simple swap and took off from there. The truck itself wasn't built to be a long term build, I built it thinking I would probably pull that body off and swap the chassis and driveline under one of my 51 Chevy trucks. I just can't see spending the money on body and paint for a S10.

Also looks like it would've been nice to have the radiator fill neck positioned a little differently, looks pretty tight even with routing the intake tube under there.

Clean swap, nice work!

Sorry I just saw this, Not sure why I didn't get notification when you posted.
The frame had to be notched. The filler neck is in the way a little but not that bad, It would have been better to have it on the other side of the radiator.
Everything is a tight fit but I can still run a stock hood if I want to.

How much clearance do you have around the heater core lines? Where did you locate the PS reservoir to?

You may have just built my Dream Machine LLLosingit, Beautiful Truck, AMAZING JOB
I've had many Performance Trucks and recently sold my 94 S10 SS with a Gen II LT1 5.7L / 700R4 and every option known to man kind, it was an amazing truck. I sold it to a friend and I still hang out with it a few times a week at car shows. Out of the stupid amount of Performance Vehicles I've owned 13 have been Pick Up's, 10 were Supercharged, 1 Turbo'd. Although I don't have a truck at the moment there is just something about whooping someones *** in a truck that I find extremely rewarding. And once you've been blown there's no going back ....

Thanks for the compliments, I like the look on people faces when they get on it and expect to pull away from me only to see me pulling away instead. Traction is an issue but I'll be putting on some Assassin traction bars on this winter, I've had them all year and never got around to putting them on. I'm seriously thinking about changing over to a drag radial but don't want to risk hurting the rest of the driveline.

Plenty of room as in a few inches, No problem connecting them. The reservoir is mounted on a bracket to the right of and parallel to the alternator. It was a tight fit between the alternator and the fuse block but it fit.

What brand truckbed lining did you go with? It looks killer. Once spring rolls around, how about a video seen from a 3rd person of a holeshot and one with you getting on it from about 30 MPH. Who doesn't love action videos? LOL

I don't remember the brand but it's kind of a funny story on the bed liner, I went to an auction and they held up what looked like a big air powered two part caulking gun and nobody was bidding on it at $3 so I thought hell I'll buy and could use it for something, Another guy bumped the bid to $4 and I bid it to $5 and won. A little while later we went into a back storage area and there sat about 9 cases of two part spray in bed liner and since I already had the gun nobody else bid so I got all the boxes for $4 lol. Once I got home and looked it up I found I had the whole kit and it sells for $1300 lol

I haven't posted any video's anywhere, I have a couple and neither are really all that impressive lol.

There are 6-tubes per case, I used 4 tubes so I have plenty left for other projects. It's really messy to work with so just doing the bed was fine with me.

do you know what’s different on the GM modified LSA FEAD vsa stock Vette FEAD? I have a LY6 and GM Vet FEAD I don’t want to have to buy much if I bit the bullet and bought a rebuilt SC. Did you buy you swAp harness ready for the sc or did u change it to suit

I'm not sure on the Vette but the standard LSA drive puts the alternator down below the power steering pump and in many swaps that won't work because the alternator interferes with the steering components/frame on the drivers side. The modified feed puts the alternator on top.
You can look at these pictures and see the difference and look at yours and see it it's going to be an issue.

Standard LSA

Modified LSA

The wiring harness didn't have to be changed but I use the Holley system. The only thing that plugs in on the supercharger is the MAP sensor.
