Thanks for the picture, I have about half of that clearance, but like you said I have
shorter springs and aftermarket arms, looks like the BFH will give me the space I'm
needing, for now. I see that evap cover, doesn't look GM. Any idea on release
date on this stuff, I know it's not soon enough.

I cant give a for sure date but it wont be long, hopefully within the next 2 months
What's the big tube on the bottom for?
I'm trying to keep most of the functionality in my ECM/BCM and I was considering using the fuel tank pressure sensor, but that tube looks like it would negate the tank building pressure.

Much better look! Mock up of engine complete so time to pull it apart and start painting a few things.
Frostbite makes a LS swap radiator for these trucks in both 1st and 2nd Gen. I did modify this one by adding mounts to top and bottom and welding the inlet and outlet on instead of screw in fittings.
Maybe Frostbite will copy this and offer it as a bolt in swap radiator one day.
Those headers sure look nice! I can't wait to see a price on them! IMO the only headers out right now worth buying are the Stainless Works and they are pretty pricey.

All of Holleys stainless mid length headers are priced at $654 to $709 so that's what my guess will be
How about some photos not related to the engine swap. Blazer brake upgrade, still need to clean them up a little but should make an improvement in the stopping power.
uses the factory truck brake lines
new condenser installed, new evap and heater core will come soon.
Which condenser did you go with? I try to get factory replacements when possible since some parts are made cheaply these days. Can you share where you are getting the heater core and evaporator?
I spotted the evap cover with the Hooker logo too - I'll buy one as soon as they are ready.

Reason: grammar

I buy all my replacement parts like those from our local O'Reilly's, I'll post the part numbers below
I believe you are right, pretty sure he posted price on the S10 forum
and that was the ballpark, IIRC.
Sweet. Yeah I used to be on there all the time, but got tired of 1 "know it all" on there, and most of the older guys I knew on there, pretty much stopped going on there as well so.....
Has this swap kit been (or will be) test fitted with a 2nd Gen S10 2WD standard cab? Also hoping the headers will be EO C.A.R.B. for California emissions (like other Blackheart headers). Looking good!

Hooker will have the swap parts for both 1st and 2nd gen trucks. From my understanding you can't get an EO for swap headers.
