the above pic will show you the pan, it sits above the frame
QUOTE=BMRbrnSNRbrd;20015830]So I literally decided to stop lurking and create an account because of this thread. I'm working on a simple 5.3 swap for my 93 Sonoma and have been scouring the web for an oil pan that will work without interference AND not hang below the front crossmember. From the pictures you've posted it looks like the 302-1 in conjunction with your motor mount setup accomplishes both of these. I know you are running a 3" drop in the rear but what drop are you running out front? Can you post any pictures showing if the oil pan hangs below the crossmember or by how much? Thanks![/QUOTE]

Any chance you could measure to see if you think a 3" pipe would fit? I want to mount my turbo right about where that a/c sets. My downpipe would then run parallel with the engine and go down somewhere in the area of the stock exhaust. My crossover will be up front, so there won't be anything in the way.
Any chance you have a part # on the ac box cover or a eta on production?

listing for these hard to find 2WD 8.5's for the S10. I found the same one you have Blazer 2wd with Disks, and put the same Trutrac Carrier, was going to use stock axles but they
have some fun little grooves where the axle seal goes, so new axles are in order.
