WTB "Aussie cam" for LM7 Where would one find an "Aussie" grind for a 5.7/LM7?
If this is a lobe-profile only thing, can an LQ9 or LM7 be reground to those specs? (Low rev truck swap motors).
Anyone got dyno sheets of one?

Would you just explain to all of us what you mean by "Aussie Grind"? You have everybody stumped on that one.... that is if you ever decide to reply to ANY of the posts here....

216/220 108 (+0) Thank you for the replies. This is a cut and paste from an oooold thread here. I have come across similarly vague references across the inter webs.
You may want to look at a cam like the Ausies's run: Keep the intake duration on the shorter side and run a much narrower LSA. Maybe something like 216/220 108LSA (+0). This would make OMG cylinder pressure and big block torque down low and pull nicely to 6000 rpm. The Ausie's are much further along with low-end torque cam development IMO.

You have to install the cam upside down, so it looks rightside up to the Aussies.

Would it matter? Must use oem stall for towing and 6l80e tune reasons
Motor is a lm7 with a .125" bore and LQ9 cam. If I can have Bullet grind the stocker for my low revs and spring pressures-I would be happy.

Going to have Bullet Cams grind it... may ad some exh. duration for the e85 tune... must decide lift.
Was thinking of a 216/222 108LSA (+0)... 0.566" lift? I shpt Patric G a message but I am curious what you guys thing about that cam in a visually stock, awd Z71 with 4.10 gears with small (29") tires. Call it 325" cubes, as my 5.7L is pending a sale.
Will get a custom e85 tune but NO higher stall converter. No headers. Really dont even want to to a cat back exhaust until the OEM one rusts out.
