Default LS1 T56 swapped C3 keeps dying ..

I swapped an 04 GTO LS1 T56 into my C3 corvette.. I bought my harness, headers and had the GTO PCM reflashed by street and performance. I started this odessy in 2015. Since that time Street and performance has gone out of business due to the owner passing away, So I finally got everything together. I got the beast running. It ran pretty sweet. So I hooked up the exhaust accesories etc. Everything functioned perfectly. After I added coolant it wouldn't run. It just loads up with fuel, and stumbles then dies. The first time it did this it appeared to be a bad 12v constant connection to the PCM. I reseated the connection and boom it ran. The next day it presented the same symptoms.. I have doubled checked grounds, re-ran the 12 volt PCM connection to a better source. I changed the coolant temp sensor. It ran and I drove it. The next day back to square one. If I unhook the maf it will run for a few seconds longer and then die.. I pulled a plug and they are soaked. Since my vendor is now longer amongst us tech support is tough. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated..

I unhooked the battery for a half hour. Reconnected it and it ran for a minute it then flooded out and died..

If your injector rails have the vacuum controlled fuel regulator I would definitely verify that the regulator diaphram is not cracked. We had your problem on a ls1 engine swap using the truck manifold (plugs would gas foul in a few minutes). After chasing every gremlin imaginable, we unplugged the vacuum line from the regulator to the manifold - it had gas in it. When we cranked the car, gas was flowing out of the vacuum line.
