Default M12x1.75x150mm Flange Head Bolt

Looking to install my Holley GM A Body engine mounts with the F body claim shells in my 65 Cutlass with a 6.0L and was wondering if anyone knows where I can find some M12x1.75x150mm flange head bolts. I know Holley carries them, but for 2 bolts and 2 nuts $22.48, damn that's expensive!!! I have also searched online and the longest bolts I can find in that size are 130mm. Home depot and Lowes do not carry them either. Thanks for all of the help

Floorman,

Thanks for the advice. I just tried a search and the longest they carry is 100mm. I sent them an email to see if they had anything longer. Thanks again.

Try these....best I could come up with after multiple searches.....pull the trigger, unless you can source them at the dealer...

Tom,

Thanks for the info. I am waiting to hear back from a couple of fastener stores in my area. If they don't have anything I will just pull the trigger on the Holley one's. Thanks for the help.

Be sure you are comparing bolts of equal strength, the bolts from Holley are Grade 10.9.

Todd,

That is affirmative, same bolts and same grade. I think more than likely I will have to buy the ones from your company. No big deal, just trying to save a few bucks. I guess I can't have my cake and eat it too. Lol.

By the way Todd, most of this car will have been built using Holley parts. You got to love the Thanksgiving thru New Years Holiday sales you guys have along with great customer service from BTR and Team Tick.

Thanks again everyone for all of the help.

I got mine through a local Fastenal, if I remember correctly they did not have them in stock, but had them brought in from another store next day with no shipping charges. The directions that came with my Holley motor mounts even had the part number from Fastenal. If you can’t find the Fastenal part number let me know I can dig out my instructions that came with my Holley mounts and get you the part number. Try the Fastenal website they have a guide to getting bolts you need.

Perhaps Holley now omits the part number on their updated instruction sheet so as they are able to market them? But I am almost positive it had the Fastenal part numbers for the bolts as well as the part number for the rubber engine mount side.

Hold the presses....see if this works for you...don't know what shipping would be, but at least there's a part number. Maybe you can call a local dealer to verify.

All of those are good options, we paid for production tooling to design and offer our own bolt so as to ensure that a source for the bolt would be available for as long as we sell the mounts/inserts that go along with it. The availability of the GM bolt is spotty at this point (it was actually listed as no longer available when I checked into it a couple of years ago) and I imagine it will go away sooner or later.
