There is not a single Aptiv/Delphi connector that is used on an LS harness that is made in China.
The only connector that has parts made in China is a Molex connector, which is not used in the China harnesses.
It also appears (although I cannot confirm because they may be covered by heat shrink) that the BATTERY wires you called grounds also are lacking a fusible link, which is dangerous.
Who knows what you will find if you actually open the harness.

First in foremost, BP Automotive makes a very high quality product. No doubt about it. And I appreciate you taking the time to make this video and showcase what sets you apart from other manufacturers. In fact, I will most likely be buying one of your harnesses when I get to that point in my swap. I spoke with you all on the phone before, and it was immediately clear that you know what you're talking about. I have every confidence that your product is made to the highest quality standards.
Here is my issue: How could you possibly know that and be able to speak for all harnesses made in China? I made an inquiry to a manufacturer over there and they insisted that they use Delphi connectors. Just because it is made in China, does not mean it is of inherently poor quality.
I also have no doubt that there are some straight up bad quality harnesses coming out of China, just like there are some straight up bad quality harnesses being made in the US and sold for huge sums of money. The frequent comments that I have seen with people having problems with harnesses made in the US by a reputable companies that cost over $800 is what led me to look at Chinese harnesses in the first place.
I suppose, like anywhere, you are taking a chance if you haven't seen the harness in your hand before. In either case, I think it's important to get something that has a warranty so that you can send it back if it is not up to your standards.. just my 2 cents.
