Default ls1 throttle cable

hey there, i am about ready to put my ls1 in my 68 firebird, and i just started to wonder what yall used for a throttle cable on your swaps? i have the stock one, but it has that cruise control/traction control module on there and i dont know what to do with it. so if yall wouldnt mind, would yall tell me what yall did and how you hooked it up? and if you have any pictures they would be of great assiantance! thanks in advance

its kinda pricey but it adds a little something to the engine. I ordered the lockar cable from Summit. Its steal braided and adjustable to ensure full throttle and adds a little something to the top of the engine. I believe it was about $50. The stock cable above will work as well but is not adjustable.

seems like i should just go with the lokar! were yalls the "cut to fit" one or actually adjustable? i cant seem to find one (if there is one) that is just adjustable. thanks

Cut to fit. You put it on the pedal side, run it to where you want, get the cable the right length to open the throttle, then just cut off the excess.
