It just may be possible nobody has a solution for you YET. Would you rather a bunch of internet BS to sooth your butt-soreness??
Give it some time and quit being a whiney butt and telling those who may still help you that they suck.
Now nobody feels like helping you. YOU did this....

Post your problem in the correct forum. Internal engine is not where it belongs..................Unless of course, you have the ECM in the oil pan.

The only way it's going to idle high is by an air\vac leak. Does it still have the egr valve and tubes attached?

it has nothing. i even smoke tested the intake with the rockers loosened. i can bring the idle down with my finger if i stick it in the iac hole. its also a new iac unit

Did you try adjusting the throttlebody adjustment screw? It opens or closes the butterfly but you need to reset the iac after each adjustment.

Google Russ K idle config. You have given absolutely nothing. You have tried everything? How about what you did, step by step, in order of how.
And this is a stock cam, stock intake, stock tb? Have you hooked up a vacuum gauge?
What is the commanded idle at say 160*, what are you actually getting? Again, no info.
