Best way to get reverse lockout?
This guy has an awesome build, but goes into detail on how he adapted a MT82 shifter to a remote mounted TR6060. For a traditional tail mounted T56, the mod is just to the stick/shifter assy. No reason a crafty person couldn't replicate the process
He starts the explanation around 11:00 in this vid
Finishes the mod in the first half of this vid
Basically, buy a shifter with the rev lock feature, weld the shifter stub to the shifter base of the T56. Fabricate a lockout guide. He 3D prints a prototype before CNC milling an aluminum block. Don't see why you couldn't caveman style that with some angle iron and a grinder
A button activating the OE solenoid is still the easiest. Mount it to the ****, stick, console, where ever you want
No chance you are going to reverse with this method.
