Chevelle LS1's?
There's a few on the forums, search 'chevelle' and about 3 or 4 guys will show up.
Once I have spare cash I'll start my 70 SS LSx m6 or a3 project. I'm leaning towards a ls2 stroker with a dozen pounds of help
I'd like to find a good body to save the years an off frame restoration might take and get going on the drivetrain and suspension. I'm looking to go with a c4 type front suspension and brakes, 9" alum diff rear.

Tranny tunnel mods are needed. T cut, then the engine/tranny combo slips right into place.

i used s&p motor mounts and modified oil pan. with a 4l60e i was able to reuse the stock tranny crossmember; just had to move it back a few inches. accessory brackets aren't really a pain, just expensive. all of the s&p stuff bolted up nicely.
