Whip out your Ohm meter and probe the batt positive cable to ground...if you have any short circuits, you'll get infinity (zero resistance). Then disconnect the PCM and repeat the test...if you don't get infinity this time, the PCM is suspect. If you do, the wiring is suspect.
If you get infinity w/ the PCM disconnected, you start probing individual circuits at their battery positive inputs until you find the one that reads infinity. Start at C100, then C101, then C105, etc. and disconnect each one, probe any pins that are batt positive either fulltime or ignition-switched on each side of the connector. Soon as you find one that reads infinity, you're on the trail.
you'll need to trace down where its shorting at... since its blowing right away (i assume), you probly have a direct short somewhere.. that makes it easy to trace down.
