In that case, besides the obvious engine and trans:
You will need custom engine and trans mounts.
The rearend width is probable too narrow (the C5 IRS is narrower than my truck rear). I plan on making that up in wheel offset. I'd try to keep the late rear with rear discs if possible. You'll need to weld on the bracketry for your rear suspension.
A custom drive shaft is pretty much unavoidable
The F-body radiator appears to be close to the same dimensions as the vette radiator, which I have made mounts for to fit my truck rad support. You may also be luck there.
The f-body pedal assembly may be too short, but you can use an assembly from a new truck or possibly make your originals work.
There may be a suspension company who makes, or could make, a front crossmember for your boxed frame to accept the F-Body suspension. Progressive Automotive does custom work like that. Or, you could swap the front clip for a 2nd or 3rd gen F-body front clip and use one of the kits available to upgrade to the 4th gen or C5 brakes.
You'll need to decide if you want rack/pinion or a steering box before to talk to a suspension fabricator.
Be prepared to mod your front inner fenders, firewall and trans tunnel/hump.
The gauges could probably be made to fit your dash, although that would not be my preference.
Not sure about the F-Body Fuel cells, although you will probably want a blazer/suburban type tank under the bed (get it out of the cab!!!)
A/C will probably need to be a conglomeration of F-Body and aftermarket (vintage air etc) components.
Master cylinder(s) (not sure if you have an auto or manual) should be usable if you mount them to you're firewall (I'm mounting mine out of sight).
Good luck and POST PICS!!!
