Default Shoehorn no, Butter & Grease yes!

Damn, I've been hearing from everybody how impossible it would be to fit a LS1 into my Miata until we did it, and posted the pictures. I thought that was tight, but this Mini and the old original, even smaller body style, INCREDIBLE! Even with a tube frame the space considerations are nuts.

Two questions,#1 Where do you sit and #2 in what for a seat?

This car is as close as anyone has ever come to simply strapping an LS1 to your *** like Willie Coyote.

WOW!!!!!

WOW!!!!!
I sit just about 14" in front of the rear axle- the seats are out of a rambler, but I need to find some high-back seats so I can safely use a harness after the cage is installed.

With the cam, the right gear and some slicks an ET calculator spits out 9's, but I'd be happy with 10's.

Damn...I am with the ls1 V8 miata guy on this one. I thought my project was tight. But, yours makes my work look like I am putting a V-8 Ls1 in to a Rx7. Rx-7's have so much room. My miata conversion is tight, but man it looks like you will be sitting on it.

www.ls1miata.net/gallery This is my project Ls1 miata with a friends Lt1 Rx7 project. Both are going under the knife....oh I mean plasma cutter!!!

Good Job.....keep us poste on your progress!!! Sick.....And I mean Sick!!!! And I thought I was smoking some sick ****!!!!!
