ls1 vs 6.0L
Cam, heads, intake, accessories, oil pans, headers, etc are interchangable.
Minus the weight hit, the 6.0L is a great option, more durable, easier to overbore, bigger, etc.
Pistons and crank are not the same. The 6.0 is a bigger bore and it uses a slightly different crank. Many of the internal parts are the same though.
The weight difference is around 85-100 pounds.

For engine mounts, search around this forum. There are plans to make your own or you can buy them from S&P (www.hotrodlane.cc).
There are lots of sponsors listed over there -------->
They all carry parts that will fit the 6.0 as well as the LS1.
As far as the truck intake, it does outflow the LS1 intake when the motor is stock. However, when you start modifying, it quickly falls behind. For factory intakes, get an LS6 intake or go aftermarket with the LSX.
