I think you can get away with 1/4" as well.
If anyone has a cat or stock Y pipe laying around (check the for sale section), you might PM them and ask them to trace it for you.
gas torch & grinder) would do just as well. A pair of
exhaust gaskets (which you will need anyway) make
a dandy template for the drilling & cutting. The other
option that might turn up local & quick, is junk cats
(like Midas, boneyard or a dealership) and cut off what
you don't want.
I don't remember if I have a spare set in the storage
unit or not.

Can't find the doughnut gasket part numbers anywhere, in any of the drawings. Do they still use them? Between the cats & Y pipe?
