Default 91Z28 LS1 Swap...Pics Inside.

Hey I am new here, I have been lurking and finally decided to register. Anyway here are some pics from the 91Z28 LS1 Swap that we are doing here. The car is completly OBD2 enabled and should pass CA smog. Just waiting for the wiring harness from Speartech and then hopefully she will be up and running. Here are the pics

If you don't mind I have a couple of Questions
1 what exhaust are you using
2 was the clutch an easy hook up
3 did you use the 91s gages
that's it for now, I'm sure I'll have more when I get into this swap <img border="0" alt="[cheers]" title="" src="graemlins/gr_cheers.gif" />

Hey thanks.
For the exhaust we are going to use the stock LS1 manifolds (stainless steel). We had to relocate the driver's side 02 sensor. The y-pipe will just be a custom made one, and it will run out the back via a Flowmaster cat-back that was already on the car when we got it. Here are some more pics of whats been done in the last day.The guages will be the stock ones yes.

Not a prob, we understand you have other customers too. My dad is just impacient if his once a week phone calls do you havent tipped you off on that yet. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Wink]" src="gr_images/icons/wink.gif" /> Once the A/C is notched this wends we are going to bleed the clutch and take out part of the interior to fix the broken seat and get it ready to run the wires to the gas tank.
